📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food, wellness, and personal care items), returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

Returns will be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or broken at the time of delivery

  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered

  • The package is tampered with or incomplete

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer


⏱️ Return Request Timeline

  • Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.


📸 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone

  2. Share order ID, clear images/videos of the product and packaging

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days


🔁 Replacements

  • Approved cases will be eligible for replacement of the same product

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead


💰 Refunds

  • Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred from our side


🚚 Shipping & Handling

  • We ensure secure packaging for all orders

  • Haroon’s is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances


⚠️ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
